Bova è un delizioso borgo medievale in provincia di Reggio Calabria arroccato sulle pendici del Parco Nazionale dell’Aspromonte (entrato ad Aprile 2021 nella Rete Unesco Global Geoparks) , a 900 metri d’altezza e a 15 minuti dal Mar Ionio. Bova fa parte dei "Borghi più belli d'Italia", è "Gioiello d'Italia" e per il TCI "Bandiera Arancione" e Borgo Americans friendly. Il Borgo di Bova, uno dei pochi paesi dell’Area grecanica in cui gli anziani parlano ancora il Greco di Calabria, è situato su una terrazza panoramica naturale da cui si può ammirare il Mar Ionio e l’Etna nella sua maestosità e imponenza.
L'impresa attraverso KALÒS EXPERIENCE si occupa di progettare e organizzare esperienze turistiche, culturali ed enogastronomiche nell'Aspromonte greco, in modo da far amare questo lembo di terra che ha una storia millenaria e che è rimasto "sincero" e fermo nel tempo, come quando veniva percorso nell'800 dai viaggiatori del Grand Tour. Le esperienze proposte sono "vere", e garantite da una ristorazione e ricettività tipiche ed autentiche e le escursioni nel Parco Nazionale dell'Aspromonte , realizzate da Guide Ufficiale del Parco Nazionale dell'Aspromonte e Guide Aigae sono indimenticabili. I clienti di Kalòs Experience saranno messi in contatto con le diverse realtà turistiche del luogo, che concorreranno a dare forma ad una esperienza di viaggio unica.
La famiglia di Alessandra gestisce anche KALÒS B&B IN FAMILY, in modo non imprenditoriale. Una piccolissima realtà che offre ai propri ospiti la possibilità di vivere intensamente questo eccezionale microcosmo fatto di natura, storia, cultura, arte ed enogastronomia e di apprezzare l’ospitalità calabrese nel rispetto della privacy. Infatti il B&B, aperto nel 2010 e situato nel centro storico ma accessibile direttamente con l’auto, è stato completamente ristrutturato in modo che gli spazi fossero esclusivamente dedicati agli ospiti. Al soggiorno nel B&B, su richiesta, vengono abbinate escursioni nel Parco Nazionale dell'Aspromonte, dai trekking impegnativi alle passeggiate tranquille adatte a tutte le età, esperienze tutte accomunate dalla conoscenza della biodiversità unica del Parco , ma anche dall'identità culturale dei Greci di Calabria, forgiati da un territorio impervio ma spettacolare e ricco di fascino.
Le quattro camere, arredate in modo moderno e funzionale ognuna con il proprio bagno privato, e una terrazza affacciata sul mare fanno di questa struttura un piccolo gioiello.
KALÒS B&B IN FAMILY ha avuto l’attribuzione del marchio “B&B in family” e la classificazione “categoria medium” dalla Città Metropolitana di RC con Provvedimento n.3 del 17.01.2019. Adempimento obbligatorio in base alla L.R.34/2018 "Norme sulla classificazione delle strutture ricettive extralberghiere".
Ha ricevuto dall'Ente Parco Nazionale dell'Aspromonte con Prot. 1198 del 28.02.2023 il certificato di struttura che rispetta la CETS (Carta Europea del Turismo Sostenibile) Fase 2

Alessandra Ghibaudi's company Kalòs Irtete stin chora is located in Calabria in the municipality of Bova (Vùa)
Bova is a delightful medieval village in the province of Reggio Calabria perched on the slopes of the Aspromonte National Park (which entered the Unesco Global Geoparks Network in April 2021), 900 metres above sea level and 15 minutes from the Ionian Sea. Bova is part of the 'Most Beautiful Villages of Italy', is the 'Jewel of Italy' and for the TCI 'Orange Flag' and Borgo Americans friendly. The Borgo di Bova, one of the few villages in the Grecanica Area where the elderly still speak the Greek language of Calabria, is located on a natural panoramic terrace from which one can admire the Ionian Sea and Mount Etna in its majesty and grandeur.
The company, through KALÒS EXPERIENCE, plans and organises tourist, cultural and food and wine experiences in the Greek Aspromonte, in order to make people love this strip of land that has a millenary history and that has remained 'sincere' and still in time, as when it was travelled in the 19th century by Grand Tour travellers. The experiences proposed are "real", and guaranteed by typical and authentic catering and accommodation, and the excursions in the Aspromonte National Park, led by official Aspromonte National Park Guides and Aigae Guides, are unforgettable. Kalòs Experience clients will be put in touch with the various local tourism realities, which will help shape a unique travel experience.
Alessandra's family also manages Kalòs B&B in a non-entrepreneurial way. A very small reality that offers its guests the opportunity to live intensely this exceptional microcosm of nature, history, culture, art and food and wine and to appreciate Calabrian hospitality while respecting privacy. In fact, the B&B, opened in 2010 and located in the historic centre but accessible directly by car, has been completely renovated so that the spaces are exclusively dedicated to guests. The stay in the B&B, upon request, is combined with excursions in the Aspromonte National Park, from challenging treks to leisurely walks suitable for all ages, all experiences united by the knowledge of the Park's unique biodiversity, but also by the cultural identity of the Greeks of Calabria, forged by an impervious but spectacular and fascinating territory. The four rooms, furnished in a modern and functional manner, each with its own private bathroom, and a terrace overlooking the sea make this facility a little gem.
KALÒS B&B IN FAMILY It was awarded the "B&B in family" brand and the "medium category" classification by the Metropolitan City of RC with Measure no. 3 of 17.01.2019. Compulsory fulfilment according to L.R.34/2018 "Rules on the classification of extra-hotel accommodation facilities".
Received from the Aspromonte National Park Authority with Prot. 1198 of 28.02.2023 the certificate of structure respecting CETS (European Charter of Sustainable Tourism) Phase 2
