Spending a relaxing day at the beach, under the sun, and then resting in the coolness of the Aspromonte Park is certainly a sensation to be experienced... but you have to get to Greek Calabria because the unspoilt shores of the Ionian Sea, just a short distance from the lush forests of Aspromonte, can only be found there.
Well, in Greek Calabria, this is everyday life. Those who choose the Sea &Mountain in Greek Calabria will not find mass tourism, but will make a holiday in Calabria to rediscover liveable, regenerating and appreciable places for their tranquillity, nature and hospitality.
The Kalòs Experience proposal includes a daily transfer at a set time to reach the beaches of Bova Marina/Palizzi/Condofuri (and vice versa) from Bova, and use of a family-run lido equipped with all comforts, where lunches based on fish are served directly at the table in a riot of seafood aromas and flavours. Dinners and overnight stays, on the other hand, are planned in the mountains at an altitude of 900 metres, where instead of fish dishes, participants are introduced to the typical cuisine of the inland areas and the rural and pastoral tradition (meat, cured meats, cheeses, legume soups, home-made pasta).
This is a unique experience: another way of experiencing the sea... another way of thinking about the mountains.
